### 1. Shipping Timelines
Because we source our products globally to offer you the best value, shipping transit times vary:
* **Order Processing:** 1–3 business days (order verification, quality check, and packaging).
* **Standard Shipping:** 5–15 business days for delivery across all Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah).

*Note: Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to customs delays, flight schedules, or peak holiday seasons.*

### 2. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through our website or via the carrier's portal.

### 3. Customs, Duties, and VAT
* **VAT:** All orders shipped within the UAE are subject to the standard 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, which is calculated at checkout.
* **Import Customs:** For items shipped from international hubs, any minor customs duties or import clearance fees levied by UAE Customs upon arrival are the responsibility of the customer.
